Firefighter (Part-Time)

Firefighter Part-Time The Vadnais Heights Fire Department is looking for driven individuals to join our team! We are staffed 24/7 with duty crew shifts to fit all schedules. Individuals with fire and EMT certifications are encouraged to apply. We also provide training for those willing to learn with no prior experience or training.

Requirements Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a high school diploma or GED and are required to pass the standard medical screening and fire department physical ability test. Candidates must be able to respond from home to the fire station under normal driving conditions, obeying all traffic laws, in 30 minutes or less.

Salary Expected hiring range is $12.23 - $18.58/hr. for hourly shift pay, all calls, training and meetings. There is a pension for anyone who serves five years or more.
