Fire Department
The City of Gadsden is currently accepting applications for Fire Department entry-level exams. A test date will be announced when scheduled, and applicants will be notified. The age requirement for the Fire Department is at least 18 years of age.
Applications will need to be submitted to the Human Resources Department or can be submitted online. A Study Guide will be given after the application has been received. Passing test scores will be valid for two (2) years from the test date. If you fail the test or wish to better your score, you may take the test again after a six-month waiting period.
