City of Natchez Civil Service  Commission Will be taking applications for the position of  PROBATIONARY FIREFIGHTER NEW TEST DATE: 01/6/2025

Beginning salary $32,471.82 Annually, Plus Step Raise/Educational pay/Uniforms, Great benefits package which includes:

Hiring Qualifications:

• 18 years of age   * High school graduate (GED acceptable)

• Have a valid driver’s license

• If any military service, must have been discharged under honorable conditions

• Pass physical fitness agility test

• Score 70% or better on Civil Service written exam

• Pass background check.

• Pass drug screening
