Lateral - $6385-$7760/month DOE (plus 11% for paramedic certification). Education Incentive 2% and 4% depending on level of degree.

All uniforms and equipment are issued by Pullman Fire Department. Vacation and benefits include 11 paid holidays, 12 paid vacation days (increases with longevity), 12 paid sick days per year, enrollment in Washington State LEOFF2 Retirement, Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance provided for employee; employee contributes 10% for eligible dependent's medical insurance.
