• U.S. Citizen and 18 years of age • Copy of a valid Michigan driver’s license • Copy of State of Michigan paramedic license • Or copy of MFFTC FF I & II certification* and proof of enrollment in a State of Michigan accredited paramedic class • Completed and signed application • Current resume
