Current starting pay is $88,036. We have incentives for education such as FAE, Associates or Bachelors degree. We offer stipends for being on specialty teams and all members are paid 144 hours for Holidays once a year.
Shift personnel receive 9 kelly days/year and 1 personal day along with vacation and sick time.
Members receive health insurance and currently pay 12% of the premium for PPO plans and 8% for HMO plans
If members have insurance through other means, they can receive a one time pay out annually.
