A permanent replacement for Station 6 is under development at the intersection of Denton Creek Boulevard and Canyon Falls Drive.

It also engages residents directly through a Citizens Fire Academy and a Youth Fire Academy.
The department is guided by a stated mission of respectful, professional, and courteous service, and organizes its work around community engagement, education, risk reduction, and exceeding citizen expectations.
