Rolling Meadows Fire Department

The Rolling Meadows Fire Department protects a northwest-suburban Chicago community from two stations: headquarters Station 15 at 3201 Algonquin Road and Station 16 at 2340 Hicks Road. The department combines fire suppression with in-house emergency medical services, running its own ambulance transport program.

Beyond emergency response, the department is active in community risk reduction, running public-education programs, CPR classes, the Knox Box program, a smoke and carbon-monoxide detector program, and the Safe Haven infant-protection program.
